During Preps:

My very good friend (who is also one of my Secondary Sponsors) introduced me to Frankie De Leon. Meeting Frankie is like meeting an old friend. After a few questions, he got me all figured out. He is very talented and very unassuming. After two sketches of his idea of my bridal gown, we sealed the deal. Frankie and his team were simply amazing during the preps. All schedules were kept. All my requests were taken into consideration. Most of all, I saw the gown transform. Even Frankie was amazed of the transformation. We had a collaboration and it was successful.

Wedding Day:

Frankie’s presence during the day of the wedding was most reassuring. I just wish I was able to request a much earlier call time so that RF and his team could have shot the gown with the body form at a much earlier time. Frankie brought with him one manang who helped me put on my gown. Manang also taught me how to put the silicon bra so that it showed a sexier cleavage.

Truly a bride will feel she is a bride when she puts on her wedding gown. And when I did so, it was the most amazing feeling! I never felt more beautiful in my life! It is like I was made one with the dress and the dress transformed me into this gorgeous lady J I almost did not want to take the dress off if not for the fact that the edges of the dress were soiled because it drizzled a bit in Tagaytay.

My wedding dress looked expensive indeed but it was money well spent. The dress was very well praised and adored by EVERYONE.  Even after the wedding, people randomly will message me in FB or add me in FB for that matter, or approach me whenever, just to tell me how beautiful I looked in my gown on my wedding day. I just love my wedding gown…

I love the details of my gown. The dreamy layers… The lace train...

The intricate beadwork and lace cut outs beautifully put together…

I love the veil and the fit of the gown! It was so comfortable to wear :)

I love the fineness of the veil..it didn’t cover my face…it complemented the whole ensemble…
I love the dreamy look of my veil here… can you see the little flowers at the bottom of my veil? I love the whole effect!

With my lovely husband

With my fairy godmother

Tips:
  1. Get Frankie De Leon to do your wedding gown. You will get the quality of the most expensive designer at a much much lesser cost. Value for money indeed.
  2. Allow him free reign to do his “magic”. His talent, skill and creativity are innate and natural. He challenges himself with every dress. He will not compromise his work for money.
  3. Agree on the price early on and don’t worry about your dress after. You will never be shortchanged with the outcome. In fact, one client was overly satisfied with his work she tried to pay him more because she thinks the price she paid was not the real worth of the dress! Frankie just shrugged her off J

Wish: Frankie,  for my 25th or 50th  wedding anniversary, please do my wedding gowns please?
